Choose Either to Serve Breakfast or Lunch for before the round.

  • Breakfast before golf:
    • Assorted breakfast sandwiches, granola bars, fruit salad, coffee, juice
  • Lunch before golf:
    • Choose 1: Assorted deli wraps, beef on weck, or hot dogs/sausages
    • Choose 1: House salad, Caesar salad, pasta salad, potato salad
    • All lunches come with cookies
    • Add bottled water service for $2.50 per person
  • Dinner after the round
    • Choose 1: Chicken cutlets, pulled pork, meatloaf, BBQ chicken breasts
    • Choose 1: Baked pasta, baked beans, mashed potato, roasted potato

9-12 Months Before:

  1. Secure the venue and confirm details.
  2. Establish a planning committee and assign roles.
  3. Set budget and fundraising goals.
  4. Register your tournament on perfectgolfevent.com.
  5. Prepare sponsorship materials and marketing collateral.
  6. Launch the event website and send regular updates.
 

7-9 Months Before:

  1. Encourage committee to secure sponsorships and gather logos.
  2. Engage on social media and determine signage needs.
  3. Recruit volunteers and plan for raffles/auctions.
  4. Purchase player gifts and hire a photographer/videographer.

 

3-6 Months Before:

  1. Update participants on fundraising progress.
  2. Confirm in-play challenges and meal logistics.
  3. Set up the post-golf banquet and assign volunteer tasks.

 

1-3 Months Before:

  1. Manage inventory of items and confirm tee sponsor activities.
  2. Create banners, assemble swag bags, and ensure water availability.
  3. Finalize the awards dinner program and participant details.
  4. Send reminder emails about event specifics.

 

Tournament Day:

  1. Bring all items and set up early.
  2. Check in volunteers and familiarize them with the course.
  3. Assign roles for sponsor support and assist the photographer/videographer.

 

Immediately After:

  1. Send thank you notes to committee, sponsors, and participants, including a feedback survey.
  2. Collect any outstanding fees and donations.
