I had every intention of sitting down at the irrigation computer yoday and comparing July 2021 to July 2022 irrigation and rainfall numbers. But I didn’t. If you recall last July was a monsoon and this year hot hazy Chamber of Commerce weather. We continue to hold our own and yes we have at least a couple million gallons of The Cattaraugus Creeks finest water. Despite the fact that I wash the truck every night, and do my best Irish rain dance the rain continues to evade us. The weather being what it is we continue to hold our own. So very proud of this team and the work they do. And I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I do want to highlight the work of our Master Gardener Cheryl Ambrose and her assistant, new to the crew this season Morgan Drake, for the hard work they put in every day. I especially want to point out the work they’ve done on seven ladies tee. What they have created is no less than a miniature Cascade Park. I would encourage all to have a look, maybe a walk over after dinner at the club. Have a great weekend all.

Second Assistant Dylan “Skywalker” Coyne leads the crew in taking down the two widow makers behind four green and between two and four fairway.
If you’ve ever wondered who keeps the rough cut every day, 6 year veteran Steve Bernard (seen here) and Will Cochran (pictured below)
