Dear Members,

I am sure all of you have seen the continuing deterioration on and around the 12th green. In conjunction with the recommendations of Mike Bugenhagen and Dave Thomas, the Board today, September 1st, approved that the hole should be closed for approximately 10-14 days. This will allow Mike to work towards improving these conditions. In short, approximately 5 trees will be eliminated and re-soding and re-seeding areas will be done.

Please be aware that the Board does not take closing any hole lightly, but this work will need to be done now to prevent further damage and allow the sod and seed to take hold before the winter months which could cause more damage.
